Locate the file, right-click it, and then select Rename. Now, click More (three dots) and then choose the Open Downloads Folder option. So using the desktop-version is no option for me. Open the downloads manager with Ctrl+J (Windows) or Command+J (macOS), locate the file, right-click the source file’s website, and then select Copy Link Address. Check your downloaded content to ensure everything has transferred. Now my office don't allow the desktop version of dropbox as they regard it as a security breach. Your files will download according to your computer settings (usually to a downloads folder). Downloading from you android app is also a real pain where you have to do it file by file. If you only have a few files to download, however, it should be pretty easy to download them directly from Google Drive as you would any other file. Search for example Google Drive unzip to find how to unzip in Drive. I know your desktop version is better for this, but why have you decided to make your browser and app version so awful? I hate that you'd rather preview files for me rather than instant download them as you used to. Note that this will create a ZIP file in all cases, but not all services can UNZIP. What's the point of that service if it's going to be such a pain to retrieve them? I find it quite annoying that you've decided to restrict how big a folder of MY FILES I can download when I'm paying you to keep them stored online for me. I have Dropbox pro and are experiencing the same issues.
